Overview

Endurance IT Services is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of all systems.

Candidates must be in the Hampton Roads/Peninsula VA area to be considered.

Responsibilities

• End-user support for 40-50 Android phones and 40-50 computers
• Manage WinSoft Mobile Tech for HVAC technicians
• Administer Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365
• Oversee Windows 10-11 migration in 2025
• Support remote users with VPN
• Utilize Hyper-V for server management
• Guide transition to SharePoint
• Implement Intune for PC automation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and server management
• Excel
• SQL Reporting Services
• Experience with T-SQL for database management is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are preferred but not mandatory
