Job summary

Salsify, a Boston-based leader in product experience management, seeks a Network Delivery Project Manager to drive successful packaged and custom implementations. You will guide customers from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet scope, timelines, and objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in customer-facing, fast-paced environments (SaaS preferred).
• Experience managing packaged and custom implementation projects with varying contract types.
• Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, and Kimble to coordinate delivery.
• Strong PMO skills: scope, plan, risk, change, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects for packaged and custom configurations and integrations.
• Ensure project records reflect goals, scope, progress, and status.
• Advise customers by understanding data needs to configure the platform and exit implementation successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources for all project aspects.
