Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a Delivery Manager to own the successful planning, deployment, and ongoing delivery of products and services for customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex customer implementations.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong customer-facing experience, including executive stakeholder management.
• Proven experience applying project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, and Support.
• Serve as the primary operational delivery lead with trusted relationships and coordination across delivery activities.
• Monitor the operational health and performance of customer deliverables post-launch.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of complex operational issues during live service delivery.
• Coordinate delivery-related issues with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Lead seasonal readiness activities and launch preparedness for new seasons and restarts.
• Manage delivery of additional products and enhancements for existing customers.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies.
