A leading defense technology firm located in Melbourne, FL, is seeking an Associate, Network Control to analyze and troubleshoot network problems. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field and experience in customer support services. The role requires monitoring network conditions and coordinating with both internal teams and telecommunications partners to ensure efficient operations. Ideal candidates are expected to have Cisco certifications and ITIL v3 certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with call center phone systems and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience required in maintaining high service levels in a demanding customer support services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and troubleshoot network problems within an operations center.
• Monitor alarm conditions on the network to identify disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis for restoring customer services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Document Trouble Tickets and Change Requests.
• Implement technical solutions to mitigate outages.

Conocimientos

Experience with call center phone systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in demanding customer support

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering

Herramientas

Cisco certifications such as CCENT, CCNA, or CCNP

ITIL v3 certification
