Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot network problems within an operations center.
Monitor alarm conditions on the network to identify disruption.
Perform root cause analysis for restoring customer services.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Document Trouble Tickets and Change Requests.
Implement technical solutions to mitigate outages.
