Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Configuration Technician II for NAIC projects in Edwardsville, IL. You will perform production-level configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of networking equipment and related hardware.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• CCNA preferred as a qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot across multiple vendor networking devices including core network storage and server technologies.
• Lead and participate in the troubleshooting process for defective devices and complex issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and document findings.
• Open OEM cases when needed and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
