Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a technically proficient engineer to support integration technology centers. You will work on configuring networking gear, validating configurations and documenting steps, collaborating with project engineers to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, lab replication, and adherence to best practices for IT deployments. Eligible candidates demonstrate teamwork and strong communication while supporting complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting network technologies, including routers, switches, and servers.
• CCNA or CCNT or related certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of technology solutions per specifications and/or configuration instructions.
• Configure vendor networking, wireless & collaboration devices.
• Assist in creation and optimization of work instructions and documentation.
• Provide input for installation and configuration instructions with various platforms of hardware.
