Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Integration Technology Center technician to support configuration, troubleshooting and deployment of network and data center solutions. You will collaborate with project engineers to evaluate requirements and drive successful execution of customer expectations.

You will perform daily tasks to deliver world-class supply chain and equipment deployments, including OS loading, firmware updates, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting network technologies including routers, switches, and servers.
• CCNA or CCNT or related certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of technology solutions per specifications and/or configuration instructions.
• Configure multiple vendor networking, wireless & collaboration devices.
• Assist in creation and optimization of work instructions and documentation.
• Provide input for installation and configuration instructions with hardware platforms.
