Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks an Associate Network Project Engineer to join the NAIC3 shift. The role encompasses configuring networking hardware, troubleshooting, and documenting procedures to support complex IT deployments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in network tech, CCNA/CCNT certifications, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in troubleshooting network technologies incl. routers, switches and servers.
• CCNA or CCNT certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring vendor networking devices per specifications and configuration instructions.
• Create and optimize work instructions and documentation.
• Troubleshoot defects and issues across a range of technologies.
• Load OS, apply licenses and update firmware per customer requirements.
• Ensure quality records are maintained and support continual process improvement.
• Support project progress from kick-off to final approval and customer satisfaction.
• Provide input for installation and configuration instructions and accurate information capture.
