Comcast Business is seeking a Configuration Technician to configure and test Managed Services equipment prior to shipment to client sites nationwide. You will troubleshoot issues related to managed services such as broadband, Wi-Fi, and routers, and document problems with diagnostic results in the ticketing system and customer portal.

The role requires an Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 0–2 years of related work, with strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork.
