Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a professional to configure, test, and troubleshoot managed services equipment prior to shipment to client sites nationwide. You will document issues, use ticketing systems and customer portals, and work on straightforward tasks following established procedures.

Responsibilities include managing ticket queues, assisting with escalations, interfacing with field technicians, and maintaining professional customer communications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework/experience or extensive related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test network equipment and devices related to Comcast Business Managed Services.
• Manage ticket queues.
• Independently recognize and diffuse escalated customer situations while setting accurate expectations for issue resolution.
• Interface with incumbents and field service technicians to resolve customer troubles.
• Communicate professionally with customers, showing courtesy and troubleshooting skills.
• Document all interactions within Comcast systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair managed services customer problems.
• Identify chronic customer access issues and report deficiencies/best practices to management.
