Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

This role supports Network Carrier coordination, ensures SOP compliance, timely billing, and strong customer satisfaction within a Fortune 500 environment. The position offers pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more years related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and update for invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
