Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH seeks an Operations Coordinator for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role is exempt, hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at the New Albany facility.

You will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing, while supporting the Operations Supervisors and handling Returns and invoicing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on RTBS; schedule with Network Carriers
• Process Return Authorizations and related tasks for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and update for invoicing
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
