Responsibilities

• Implement BPL’s IT network infrastructure.
• Configure, install, and maintain network equipment such as routers and switches.
• Provide level 3 support for troubleshooting network infrastructure issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure performance and create usage reports.
• Provide 24/7 accessibility to troubleshoot major network failures.
