Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a competitive college or university
• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Proficiency in at least four of the following technical areas

Responsibilities

• Execute projects designed by the MD of technology and support deployment, configuration, and management of Ascend’s server infrastructures
• Develop a scalable strategy for Ascend’s infrastructure with the team
• Manage and maintain voice and data networks including LAN/WAN and HPBX VoIP systems
• Create and maintain documentation around technologies and policies
• Support school sites with audio-visual needs and testing
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Provide responsive and courteous support to resolve technology issues
• Administer and support core applications like Infinite Campus, Citrix ShareFile, IlluminateEd, Office 2019/365, Google Workspace, Zendesk
