Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking a Network Administrator to support AFCENT's 24/7 enterprise network and IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain servers, networking gear, and security components to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, storage, performance management, and firewall skills. A DoD security clearance or interim clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in network administration.
• Experience with Microsoft server installation, roles, AD, storage, and performance management.
• Firewall experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Tier 1 enterprise IT help desk support to AFCENT users.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for incidents on routers, switches, servers, firewalls, proxies.
• Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
