Job summary

Systems Technology Forum provides Network Administrator support to NIWC Pacific in service of the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet. The role requires a Secret clearance and entails seamless data flow and collaboration across DoD partners.

Based on the assignment, the position is on-site in Pearl City, Hawaii, with no travel required. On-call/emergency work may be required, and STF offers competitive benefits within a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience designing, installing and maintaining networks.
• At least 3 years' experience with virtual environments (VMware, NetApp, etc.).
• Proficient with ASA, ISE, VOIP, STIG, IAVA, Comply-to-connect, Nessus.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise as the resident Network Administrator ensuring seamless communication and data flow across organizations and partners.
• Identifies possible network and system enhancements and develops/executes project plans as directed.
• Provides primary technical continuity and training to military and civilian IT personnel, overseeing IT tasks and documentation for procurement.
