Job summary

Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is seeking a Network Administrator in Maui, Hawai'i. The role involves providing maintenance and support for various network infrastructures, ensuring continuous system availability, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Candidates must possess relevant DoD IA certifications or a Bachelor's degree in a Network/IT field and have three years of related experience. The position also requires a U.S. citizenship and an active DoD SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• DoD-approved IA workforce certifications appropriate for technical positions.
• Network Administrator: IAT 2 Certified or Bachelor's degree.
• Must pass Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance for network infrastructure including routers, switches.
• Ensure continuous network access and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain UPS capability for critical network components.
• Install and maintain vulnerability management hardware and software.
• Support end-to-end troubleshooting for various network systems.
• Respond to support calls, emails, and outages from customers.
