Job summary

Empiric in Polk County, FL is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own its NetSuite ERP environment and day-to-day IT operations. You will act as the internal NetSuite expert, supporting teams across the business and ensuring critical systems stay up and running.

Responsibilities include NetSuite administration, warehouse systems support, and IT infrastructure tasks. On-site full-time work in Polk County is required, with preferred experience in regulated environments and SuiteFlow/SuiteScript.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite roles, permissions, saved searches, and reporting.
• Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• On-site full-time in Polk County, FL.
• Experience with NetSuite WMS and Ship Central preferred.
• Knowledge of lot-controlled inventory management preferred.
• SuiteFlow and SuiteScript experience preferred.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Our client, a privately held, regulated manufacturer based in Polk County, Florida, is hiring a NetSuite Administrator to own its NetSuite ERP environment and support day-to-day IT operations. As the company’s internal NetSuite expert, you will support teams across the business and keep critical systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration

• Act as the primary NetSuite administrator and subject matter expert
• Oversee users, roles, permissions, and system configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues for teams across the business
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Support order management, inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, and reporting
• Improve and automate workflows

Warehouse & Shipping Systems

• Maintain and support NetSuite WMS and Ship Central
• Troubleshoot fulfillment, shipping, carrier integration, and label printing issues
• Partner with warehouse teams to streamline processes
• Train users on NetSuite warehouse and shipping functionality

IT Systems Support

• Handle day-to-day IT support, including Microsoft 365 accounts, devices, and user access
• Support company hardware and networks, and coordinate IT vendors, backups, and cybersecurity
• Keep IT documentation and asset inventories current
