Job description

Sector: Life Sciences / Advanced Manufacturing
The Opportunity

KYDA Partners is supporting an established, growing organisation within the life sciences manufacturing sector in the search for an experienced NetSuite Engineering Manager.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong NetSuite professional to take a leading role in shaping how ERP technology supports a complex manufacturing operation.

Our client is looking for someone who can combine hands-on system expertise with the ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and deliver practical improvements across manufacturing, supply chain and finance.

The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how NetSuite is developed, integrated and utilised as the business continues to evolve.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as a key member of the wider ERP function, you'll take ownership of delivering and improving NetSuite solutions that support day-to-day operations and longer-term business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving NetSuite projects across manufacturing, inventory, finance and supply chain functions.
  • Developing and improving manufacturing workflows, including Work in Process (WIP), Routing and production management.
  • Translating operational challenges into practical NetSuite configurations and system improvements.
  • Supporting ERP integrations, data migration and the introduction of new functionality.
  • Working closely with business leaders to improve processes, reporting and system adoption.
  • Coordinating external implementation partners, technical specialists and internal project teams.
  • Ensuring appropriate system controls, documentation and validation processes are maintained.
  • Supporting testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of NetSuite solutions.
  • Helping establish consistent, scalable ERP processes across the organisation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the technology while also taking responsibility for delivering successful projects and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with NetSuite professionals who have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and experience delivering ERP solutions in complex business environments.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of practical NetSuite experience, covering implementation, configuration and solution design.
  • A track record of delivering at least two full NetSuite implementations or significant module deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite manufacturing functionality, particularly WIP & Routing.
  • Experience with inventory management, standard costing, BOMs, work orders and manufacturing processes.
  • Previous experience working within regulated manufacturing environments, ideally life sciences, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Understanding of ERP system validation and relevant FDA compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects and working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • The confidence to operate independently, challenge existing processes and introduce improvements.

We would also welcome experience with NetSuite OneWorld, MES integrations, multi-site manufacturing environments or relevant NetSuite certifications.

What Makes This Opportunity Interesting?

This is more than a traditional ERP support position.

You’ll have the opportunity to play an influential role in how a growing manufacturing business uses NetSuite, working across technical delivery, operational improvement and wider ERP development.

The position would suit someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with different business functions and seeing the direct impact of their work on manufacturing operations.

You’ll be joining an environment where initiative, adaptability and the ability to turn technical knowledge into meaningful business improvements will be valued.

Location

This position is based on-site in San Antonio, Texas, with occasional domestic travel required.
