Lighthouse Search Advisors is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution organization looking to add a NetSuite Administrator to its team.

This person will take ownership of the day-to-day NetSuite environment, supporting users across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional NetSuite administration experience along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite environment
• Configure and maintain workflows, Saved Searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, forms, roles, and permissions
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other business teams to understand requirements and improve processes
• Support NetSuite functionality across inventory management, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, manufacturing, and financial processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to NetSuite users
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
• Support integrations and third-party applications connected to NetSuite
• Assist with testing, system upgrades, new functionality, and NetSuite release management
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
• Support data integrity, imports, reporting, and ongoing system optimization
• Coordinate with external NetSuite partners and consultants when necessary

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience
• Experience supporting NetSuite within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, dashboards, reporting, custom fields/forms, and roles & permissions
• Understanding of inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and warehouse processes
• Exposure to NetSuite manufacturing functionality, including assemblies, BOMs, work orders, and related processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with both technical and non‑technical users

Preferred:

• NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification
• Experience with NetSuite WMS or third‑party warehouse solutions
• Experience with EDI and other supply chain integrations
• Experience supporting multi‑location manufacturing or distribution operations
• Experience with NetSuite implementation, optimization, or post‑go‑live projects
