Your Role:

As a NetSuite Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the NetSuite platform across manufacturing, warehouse management, and supply chain allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite supports daily operations, scales with the business, and delivers accurate, actionable data in a fast-moving production environment. You will have direct impact on our mission-critical ERP system and opportunity to improve processes in a growing, operations-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and maintain NetSuite with emphasis on manufacturing, WMS, and inventory allocation
• Support operational processes including work orders, BOMs, routings, and warehouse transactions
• Improve warehouse functionality such as bin structures, mobile workflows, and cycle count processes
• Configure and manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and process improvements
• Resolve system issues, assist with upgrades, and safeguard data quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience within manufacturing and warehouse environments
• Working knowledge of production and distribution operations
• Demonstrated ability to align business requirements with effective NetSuite configurations
• Background in food manufacturing, CPG, or distribution strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration with a team mindset
