Jackson James in New York is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to own the NetSuite environment and broader systems landscape. You will serve as the primary NetSuite System Administrator, driving integrations, automation, reporting and process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, and eCommerce.

Hybrid work with 2 days in the Soho office and a competitive salary of $100,000-$130,000. Experience in retail, fashion, apparel or eCommerce is advantageous and excellent communication

Location: Soho, New York – Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

About the Role

An established and growing fashion and apparel business is looking for a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of its NetSuite environment and wider business systems landscape.

This is a hands-on role where you will act as the primary NetSuite System Administrator, while also playing a key role in integrations, automation, reporting, process improvement and wider technology projects across the business.

You'll work closely with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, B2B, B2C and eCommerce, helping to ensure their systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary NetSuite Administrator, managing the day-to-day NetSuite environment.
• Own system configuration, user management, roles, permissions, workflows and customizations.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and eCommerce teams to understand business requirements and improve processes.
• Support and manage NetSuite integrations with other business-critical platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the business.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with NetSuite across core business processes, particularly Finance.
• Good understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reporting and user management.
• Exposure to integrations, automation and wider business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying ways systems and processes can be improved.
• Experience within retail, fashion, apparel, eCommerce or a similar environment would be advantageous.
