Ayar Labs, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a NetSuite Financial Systems Analyst to bridge Finance and ERP, translating business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions and dashboards.

You will lead implementations, coordinate testing, and build critical reports with Suite Analytics to enable faster financial insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/is or equivalent.
• 3–6 years NetSuite and financial systems experience.
• Strong NetSuite configuration skills and SuiteFlow.
• Experience with SuiteScript and third-party integrations.
• Solid accounting knowledge (GL, AP/AR, close).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance–ERP bridge translating requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Own end-to-end rollout of NetSuite functionality and third-party apps.
• Design workflows with SuiteFlow for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
• Build saved searches, dashboards, and reports for finance.
• Lead testing (UAT) and troubleshoot integrations.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across systems.
