Job summary

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize NetSuite, partnering with Finance, Production, Operations, Retail Stores, Wholesale and Digital teams. You will lead system enhancements, reporting, and integrations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with NetSuite, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid NYC location with collaboration across multiple departments including Retail and Digital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite support, administration or implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Systems Technology, Business, or related field.
• NetSuite certifications appreciated, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key NetSuite support resource including upgrades, enhancements, user access and platform maintenance.
• Assist users with tactical support inquiries (e.g., amending or creating saved searches).
• Gather and document business requirements and apply NetSuite knowledge for improvements.
• Build and maintain process and data flow documentation for technical processes and workflows.
• Support readiness with test plans and training documents for rollout.
• Create and maintain standard reports across the organization (sales, budget-to-actual, inventory).
• Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and functionality enhancements.
• Support integrations with Shopify, RF Smart, Ship Junction, Joor, and SPS Commerce.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding for equipment and access.
• Automate and improve internal reporting.
• Apply AI tactics and analysis using Claude to analyze large datasets for problem solving.
