Job summary

RyZE Inc. is seeking a Transaction Analyst for Ops - Manufacturing to ensure transactional integrity across the supply chain systems (NetSuite). The role covers purchasing, BOM management, receiving, co-manufacturer production, and inventory accuracy.

You will act as the accuracy gate before production planning and finance, with responsibilities spanning PO creation, BOM setup, item receipts, build assembly, and scrap recording to keep systems and records synchronized.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or transactional accounting.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/inventory system (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data across sources.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Clear written and verbal communication with co-manufacturers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders based on approved requirements and needs.
• Create and review Bills of Materials to reflect product configurations.
• Process Item Receipts and verify quantities against expectations.
• Record and verify Build Assembly transactions for finished goods.
• Record scrap quantities and adjustments for inventory accuracy.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and co-manufacturers to validate counts.
