Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with NetSuite and Oracle ERP inventory modules.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Project management experience and ability to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory cycles, usage trends, and forecasts to plan receipts and space allocation.
• Optimize inventory placement to maximize space and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate tracking within NetSuite/Oracle ERP through the lifecycle.
• Perform routine counts and escalate discrepancies affecting reports.
• Generate real-time and recurring inventory and order reports for leadership.
