Job summary

CV Resources is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to oversee and enhance the NetSuite ERP at onsite Boise, ID. You will own day-to-day administration, implement integrations, and drive governance and reporting improvements across Finance and IT.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of NetSuite experience, strong SOX knowledge, and a track record of leading complex projects with cross-functional teams. Direct Hire, onsite, reporting to the Director of IT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong understanding of financial systems controls, including user access, change controls, audit requirements, and SOX environments.
• Experience connecting NetSuite with HR/payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Experience with corporate card and expense technology such as Ramp, Concur, Expensify, or comparable solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial data integrations, system interfaces, reconciliation, and data migration.
• Experience working directly with third-party software vendors and managing technical support relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology projects and keep initiatives moving from planning through completion.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or higher, is required.
• Technical experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, CSV imports, and data migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the company’s NetSuite ERP.
• Manage system functionality including workflows, scripts, user access, dashboards, reporting, saved searches, and other NetSuite tools.
• Establish best practices around ERP governance, system documentation, configuration, and overall system integrity.
• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other key business applications, including HR/payroll, corporate card, and expense platforms.
• Monitor system interfaces and data movement, troubleshoot issues, and establish reliable reconciliation and data validation processes.
• Partner with Finance and HR leaders to understand business needs and turn them into practical technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with software and technology vendors, including support requests, escalations, upgrades, and ongoing service performance.
• Lead initiatives designed to automate processes, eliminate unnecessary manual work, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Manage financial systems projects from initial requirements and planning through testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Build and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics for Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Support Finance operations, including month-end processes, user acceptance testing, system troubleshooting, and other critical workflows.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to system users across the organization.
• Maintain appropriate financial system controls and documentation and partner with audit teams on compliance requirements.
• Assist with other technology and business initiatives as needed.
