Coda Search│Staffing client seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to manage NetSuite and Concur, supporting month-end close, reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness. You will test enhancements, manage integrations, and contribute to finance transformation projects while evaluating AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and reporting.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, collaboration across accounting, finance, and IT, and a proactive approach to stakeholder requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years working in public or private accounting, financial systems, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another major ERP platform, including user support, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, or system administration.

Responsibilities

Our client, a premier fintech firm is in search of a financial systems analyst to manage its Netsuite and Concur systems. The role will support and review month-end accounting, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit readiness while also serving as a key resource for NetSuite, Concur, and related accounting tools. The role will be also responsible with testing system enhancements, releases, integrations, and finance transformation initiatives, in addition to evaluating AI capabilities and other approved AI-enabled finance tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and user support.. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with Accounting, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders on ad hoc requests and special projects.

Successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years working in public or private accounting, financial systems, or consulting.
