Job summary

Myers-Holum, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration and governance of the NetSuite ERP and connected cloud business systems supporting finance, purchasing, supply chain, retail, customer service, and ecommerce.

You will design workflows, build reports, manage integrations with Shopify, NewStore, Korber WMS, Avalara, and Narvar, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and streamline business processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite in a production business environment.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite configuration: roles and permissions, custom fields and forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with core ERP processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and order management.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and supporting integrations between ERP and surrounding systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite modules: Financials, Order Mgmt, Procurement, Inventory; configure fields and forms.
• Design workflows (SuiteFlow) and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, and access reviews; support production promotions.
• Monitor integrations with Shopify, NewStore, Korber WMS, Avalara, Narvar, and payments.
• Provide front-line user support; maintain training materials and run user onboarding.
• Support data governance, data quality, and periodic data reviews.
• Support enterprise app initiatives: requirements gathering, testing, deployment readiness.
• Follow change management: document changes and communicate it to affected teams.
