Job summary

Barrett Firearms Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to drive NetSuite ERP administration across North America, supporting CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools for a seamless enterprise systems environment.

In this role, you will lead NetSuite implementation/configuration, serve as the primary administrator, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure data accuracy across interrelated systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or other enterprise-level business systems preferred.
Proven experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within local and global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform, including modules, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancement recommendations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient processes.
Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts with change management best practices.
Create and maintain training documentation and the Learning Hub, delivering training that drives user adoption.
Monitor system performance, resilience, compliance, and governance while identifying optimization opportunities.
Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives and cross-regional harmonization.
