Job summary

Barrett Firearms Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to drive administration, optimization, and implementation of our NetSuite ERP across North America. You will also work with CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools to ensure a seamless enterprise systems environment.

You’ll collaborate with global IT teams, support users, contribute to solution design, documentation, and compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in enterprise workflows and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP including modules, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems for data accuracy and efficient processes.
• Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts following change management best practices.
• Create and maintain training documentation and the Learning Hub to drive user adoption and system proficiency.
• Monitor system performance, governance, and compliance; identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives and cross-regional harmonization.

In this role, you'll support evolving business needs while also working with CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools to ensure a seamless enterprise systems environment. Reporting to the Director of IT, you'll collaborate with global technology teams to improve business systems, support users, and contribute to solution design, documentation, and compliance. About the Role

• 5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Proven experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within local and global teams while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing processes is highly desirable, along with professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and discretion.
