You will lead NetSuite implementation, provide advanced troubleshooting, gather requirements with stakeholders, design and deploy enhancements, and deliver training to maximize user adoption. Strong cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with global teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems.
• Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts.
• Create training documentation and the Learning Hub; deliver training to drive user adoption.
• Monitor system performance, compliance, governance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives.
