Barrett Firearms Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to drive NetSuite ERP administration across North America, supporting CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools for a seamless enterprise systems environment.

In this role, you will lead NetSuite implementation/configuration, serve as the primary administrator, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure data accuracy across interrelated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or other enterprise-level business systems preferred.
• Proven experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within local and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform, including modules, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient processes.
• Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts with change management best practices.
• Create and maintain training documentation and the Learning Hub, delivering training that drives user adoption.
• Monitor system performance, resilience, compliance, and governance while identifying optimization opportunities.
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives and cross-regional harmonization.
