Job summary

Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a multi-disciplinary Business Systems Analyst to define, implement, and drive solutions for Sales, Hardware Operations and Finance. You will partner with external providers and internal teams to optimize systems, speed to market, productivity and profitability.

Based in San Mateo, CA, this role requires 2-3 days in the office weekly and offers competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/MIS or other equivalent fields
• 3+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP
• Experience with ERP or domain understanding of Finance/Operations/SCM preferred
• Advanced Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables) and data analysis tools
• 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript, SQL or scripting languages
• Ability to write PL/SQL queries and create dynamic reports/searches
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Understanding of hardware product lifecycle preferred but not required
• Strategic and tactical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills
• Self-starter and proactive personality with follow-through
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged within 60 days
• Ability to work in HQ 2-3x/week in San Mateo, CA

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hardware Operations, Finance and Sales teams to define business processes and system requirements
• Distill business requirements for design, configuration, customization and development of system solutions
• Define, design, test and implement business solutions using standard/custom-built and third-party systems
• Lead system implementation projects and deliver artifacts including requirements documentation, configurations, UAT, issue identification and resolution
• Support mission-critical and business-critical systems
• Influence diverse stakeholders including senior leaders
