Job summary

Skydio, a leading US drone company, seeks a multidisciplinary Business Systems Analyst to design and implement solutions for sales, hardware operations and finance. You will partner with external providers and internal teams to optimize systems and profitability.

This role is based in San Mateo, CA, with in-office presence 2–3 days a week. Competitive base salary, equity, benefits, and relocation support where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/MIS or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP.
• Experience with Finance/Operations/SCM domains preferred.
• Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and data tools.
• 2–3 years of JavaScript, SQL or similar scripting.
• Ability to write PL/SQL queries and dynamic reports.
• Familiarity with SDLC and hardware product lifecycles preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quick-learning skills.
• Self-starting, proactive attitude; FAA Part 107 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hardware Ops, Finance and Sales to define processes and system requirements.
• Distill requirements for design, configuration, and development of solutions.
• Define, design, test, and implement business solutions (standard and custom).
• Lead system implementation projects; deliver artifacts and tests.
• Support mission-critical systems and stakeholder expectations.
• Influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
