Icelandic Provisions seeks a Manager, Enterprise Applications (NetSuite) to own our core ERP and related integrations. You will orchestrate NetSuite configuration, EDI, and AI-enabled automation, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive end-to-end order-to-cash efficiency.

You will lead an EDI & Integrations Specialist and coordinate with partners to ensure scalable, compliant processes while enabling data-driven decision making across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business systems or ERP with live NetSuite ownership.
• Fluency with saved searches and SuiteQL; reading scripts and integration logs.
• Working knowledge of EDI-driven order-to-cash with retail/distributor partners.
• Proven cross-functional change leadership with adoption impact.
• Ability to quantify operational problems with dollars and impact.
• Practical use of AI tools for analysis, documentation, or triage.

Responsabilités

• Own NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and releases; manage sandbox/testing.
• Lead cross-functional change reviews for NetSuite and other enterprise apps.
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash processes with clear ownership and documentation.
• Build a cost-of-errors view and tie issues to frequency, root cause, and owner.
• Partner with Finance to trace deductions and recoverables; report weekly metrics.
• Manage relationships with EDI providers and integrations; guide vendors.
