Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. seeks a detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite environment, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and IT to ensure scalable business processes.

As the primary NetSuite SME, you will configure roles, workflows and dashboards, manage user access, and drive automation initiatives across finance, inventory, procurement, order management and customer operations.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and IT to support business processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage user provisioning and security controls.
• Monitor system performance and propose enhancements.
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for NetSuite users across departments.
• Coordinate with internal/ external teams on integrations and APIs.
