Job summary

ICONS | America LLC is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the NetSuite ERP across the U.S. and international operations.

You will bridge business needs with technical resources, drive process improvements, and lead reporting and analytics for executives. The role requires strong ERP administration, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to implement enhancements, manage integrations, and coordinate with external NetSuite consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Operations, CS or related field.
• 5+ years administering NetSuite ERP in manufacturing, with strong ERP process knowledge.
• Experience in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, manufacturing planning, project mgmt.
• Ability to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions and reports.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills; effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with NetSuite customizations, workflows, dashboards and saved searches.
• Certification in NetSuite (preferred) and experience with international/global ops.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer NetSuite ERP across multiple sites and regions.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, roles, and business rules.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and user access controls.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs and saved searches for execs.
• Lead NetSuite enhancement projects with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management post-implementation.
• Manage vendor/consultant relationships and project budgets.
