Job summary

BaubleBar Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize our core business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. In this role, you will gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements, test changes, and support day-to-day operations across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist in implementing system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support NetSuite ERP administration and related business applications.
• Evaluate support requests and respond within service levels.
• Interview users to clarify requirements and gather additional information.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with teams and vendors.
• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing for deployments.
• Create and maintain business process docs, workflows, and SOPs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support operations.
• Monitor data integrity across integrated systems and identify improvements.
• Train end users on system functionality and best practices.

Responsibilities
