Cymbiotika, based in San Diego, CA, seeks a Business Systems & Data Analyst to support NetSuite reporting, financial and operational analysis, and data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to gather requirements from stakeholders, deliver reporting solutions, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, finance, operations, or business systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, or business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of SQL, SuiteAnalytics, or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in NetSuite and related tools.
• Support reporting requests and data analysis for business users.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
