Cymbiotika seeks a Business Systems & Data Analyst to support reporting, systems, and analytics across the organization, with a focus on NetSuite reporting and BI initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver reporting solutions, and improve data governance in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NetSuite reports and dashboards.
• Support data analysis and reporting requests from business users.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Ensure consistency across reporting environments.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and planning reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing.
