Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in certification exam development and programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/learning & development.
• Proven success leading job task analyses and item writers.
• Knowledge of psychometrics and exam standards; apply to high-stakes decisions.
• Define portfolio strategy with governance across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across product, education, vendor and senior teams.
• Experience with complex delivery plans, status reporting, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Own multi-initiative delivery planning with priorities, schedules, and milestones.

• Translate product strategy and role requirements into high-quality assessments.
• Apply governance for content, credential requirements, and approvals.
• Monitor releases, feedback, and exam insights for updates and improvements.
• Ensure exams reflect current product functionality and leading practices.
• Manage risks and blockers, with clear ownership and decisions.
