Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in certification exam development and certification programs.
• Experience leading job task analyses, training item writers, facilitating technical reviews with subject matter experts, and participating in standard-setting exercises
• Strong experience in project management, certification or assessment operations, exam development, learning and development, or education services
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with interdependent timelines, varied stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Experience with structured review and approval processes, including documentation, version control, and quality assurance
• Ability to translate business, product, or subject matter expert input into actionable project requirements and deliverables
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, risk logs, meeting decisions, and stakeholder communications
• Familiarity with psychometrics
• Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and maintenance lifecycle for NetSuite certification exams, from intake and requirements through release and post-launch maintenance
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and delivery status across multiple concurrent exam initiatives
• Coordinate exam blueprints, item-development plans, review cycles, release-readiness activities, and approval workflows
• Maintain auditable records for exam content, credential requirements, version history, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Monitor product releases, program changes, candidate feedback, and exam-performance insights to identify and prioritize required exam updates
• Ensure certification exams and related materials accurately reflect current product functionality, role-based competencies, leading practices, and program policies
• Drive resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate working sessions and stakeholder reviews to maintain progress, clear ownership, and documented decisions
• Provide portfolio-level reporting on delivery status, risks, milestones, and maintenance priorities, and support continuous improvement of credential governance and exam-development operations
• Leverage AI technologies throughout workflows to promote innovation and enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making
• Ability to travel up to 10%
