Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategy, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of NetSuite certification exams and credentials. You will partner with senior leaders, product teams, Customer Education, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure exams are valid, reliable, secure, scalable, and defensible.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and disciplined executor capable of managing a broad portfolio of exam-development workstreams,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in certification exam development and certification programs.
• Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading job task analyses, training and guiding item writers, and standard-setting exercises.
• Strong knowledge of psychometrics, assessment quality, exam development, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy, roadmap, and governance for the certification exam portfolio from initiation to retirement.
• Own delivery planning across multiple concurrent initiatives with priorities, milestones, and risk management.
• Define scalable frameworks, standards, tools, and operating rhythms for validation and development processes.
• Ensure assessment quality with psychometric analysis and defensible credential decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product strategy and needs into high-quality assessments.
• Maintain governance for content, credential requirements, and approvals.
• Monitor releases, feedback, and examination insights to drive updates.
• Ensure materials reflect current product functionality and leading practices.
• Drive risk resolution, ownership, and blocker escalation.
• Build portfolio health dashboards and decision-ready insights.
• Use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and quality.
