Element Biosciences in San Diego, CA seeks a hands-on Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) to administer and optimize NetSuite across O2C, P2P, inventory, manufacturing, and finance. You'll collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders, translating needs into clear requirements for offshore developers while driving AI adoption in business systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3+ years of business systems experience.
• 2+ years of NetSuite experience, including hands-on administration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building and debugging NetSuite workflows, scripts, and saved searches.
• Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Boomi, MES.
• Ability to write clear, detailed requirements and test delivered work with developers.
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and configure NetSuite, including roles and permissions, custom records and fields, forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Own NetSuite functionality across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, manufacturing/work orders, WMS, and financials.
• Troubleshoot production issues and data problems, including root-cause analysis of failed or stuck transactions.
• Support NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, MES, and Snowflake with the integration engineer, including field mappings and error resolution.
• Deliver enhancements through sprint and CAB process: gather requirements, estimate, build and test in sandbox, document, and deploy.
• Partner with 3rd party NetSuite developers; provide clear requirements and review their work for quality.
• Manage third-party NetSuite consultants and vendors, leading larger implementations and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure configurations, workflows, and access controls adhere to SOX, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 with audit trail integrity.
• Drive AI adoption within business systems to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and end-user support.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides; support cross-system needs for CRM and analytics platforms.
