Job description

We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand that also sells through wholesale, EDI retail partners, and our own retail stores. Our supply chain is complex. It includes manufacturing, custom items, warehouse fulfillment, and high-volume order flows across several sales channels, all run through NetSuite.

We're a small, entrepreneurial company, so this role needs someone hands-on and solutions-oriented. You'll work directly with stakeholders across departments, gather and document business requirements, and help test new configurations, processes, and integrations. You'll be on a small systems team and work alongside an experienced senior NetSuite administrator/developer.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of NetSuite administration experience and wants to take the next step in their career. They're technical enough to own day-to-day administration and want to understand how a multi-channel business runs. This role also gives the team coverage and redundancy, and over time you'll grow into SuiteScript development and integration work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day NetSuite administration and support, including users, roles and permissions, custom fields, forms, records, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs that give teams timely, actionable information.
  • Monitor order and fulfillment flows, and find and fix records that get stuck between order entry, fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot integration sync errors between NetSuite, our e-commerce platform, order management system, warehouse management system, and EDI trading partners.
  • Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
  • Help develop and run testing for new configurations, processes, and integrations before they go live.
  • Help make sure NetSuite supports our supply chain, including manufacturing, inventory management, and purchasing.
  • Manage system security, data integrity, and user access controls.
  • Help manage NetSuite support cases, release updates, and enhancements.
  • Support projects such as integrations, workflow automations, and new feature rollouts.
  • Train and support users so they get the most out of NetSuite.
  • Over time, take on SuiteScript development and integration builds with mentoring from the senior administrator/developer.
  • Help keep systems running during peak season. Q4 is our busiest time of year.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of finance, operations, inventory, supply chain, and order management processes in a DTC, wholesale, and/or retail environment.
  • Proficient with saved searches, reports, roles and permissions, and workflows.
  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and assisting in test planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and comfortable digging into a problem until you find the root cause.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • US-based and able to work during Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integrations.
  • Experience in a high-growth, omnichannel consumer products business.
  • Experience with Shopify, Celigo (integrator.io), Infios OMS, Warehouse Edge or another WMS, Orderful EDI, and ShipStation.

What We Offer

  • Full-time W2 position with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k)
  • Fully remote work
  • Direct mentorship from an experienced NetSuite administrator/developer
  • A clear path to grow into SuiteScript, integration, and systems work in a complex, high-volume NetSuite environment
