Job summary

Health Monitor Network is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with NetSuite CRM/ERP and a Field Service app. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into practical system changes while hands-on configuring and supporting the platforms.

You will partner with sales, operations, and finance to ensure data quality, run reports, and support testing across the full SDLC/UAT cycle, while maintaining strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience in BA/SA/administrator roles.
• Experience translating business needs into system changes and configuring or supporting platforms.
• Experience documenting requirements and writing/executing test cases across SDLC/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points; document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite CRM/ERP fields, forms, and lists; build saved searches.
• Support Field Service app; ensure data flow between apps and resolve issues.
• Plan and document UAT and maintain training materials.
