Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Business Analyst to join our IT team in a hybrid role from Austin, TX. You will translate business problems into clear requirements, configure and test NetSuite solutions, and help keep a highly customized ERP coherent as the business scales.

The ideal candidate has strong finance fluency, NetSuite experience, and proven ability to partner with Finance and Operations to drive process improvements across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a functional ERP analyst, business systems analyst, or equivalent in NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand processes and shape requirements.
• Write functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria including data mapping and edge cases.
• Support Order to Cash and Procure to Pay and understand how steps land in the GL.
• Configure NetSuite with roles, permissions, forms, workflows in a customized environment.
• Manage ticket queue: intake, qualify, prioritize, break work into tickets.
