Job summary

Health Monitor Network is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with NetSuite CRM/ERP and a Field Service app. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into practical system changes while hands-on configuring and supporting the platforms.

You will partner with sales, operations, and finance to ensure data quality, run reports, and support testing across the full SDLC/UAT cycle, while maintaining strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve two core business platforms: our NetSuite CRM/ERP and our Field Service application. This role blends business analysis and systems analysis — you'll spend part of your time working with stakeholders to understand how they work, gather requirements, and map processes, and part of your time hands-on in the systems configuring, supporting, and reporting.

You'll act as the bridge between business teams (sales, operations, finance, and field service) and the platforms they rely on: translating what people need into practical system changes, then building and supporting those changes yourself. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the people side (asking good questions, documenting, problem-solving with users) and the technical side (configuration, troubleshooting, reporting) and wants to grow across both.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and field service to understand their workflows and pain points.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current- and future-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system or process improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and document user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user training materials.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancement requests in partnership with stakeholders.

Systems Analysis & Configuration — NetSuite CRM/ERP

• Configure and maintain custom fields, forms, records, and lists to support evolving processes.
• Build and maintain saved searches
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with user provisioning, roles, and permissions.
• Support and maintain CRM records (leads, prospects, customers, contacts, opportunities).
• Maintain data quality through imports, deduplication, and bulk updates (CSV import).
• Partner with NetSuite developers to scope and provide requirements for custom development.
• Work with Finance on item management, fixed assets, and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).

Systems Analysis & Configuration — Field Service Application

• Configure and support work orders, service requests, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Serve as first line of support for mobile technician workflows and device/app issues, escalating as needed.
• Support data flow and integration between the field service app and NetSuite.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience using NetSuite in a business analyst, systems analyst, or administrator role
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system changes, and hands-on experience configuring or supporting a business platform.
• Experience documenting requirements and writing/executing test cases across a full SDLC/UAT cycle.
• Experience building reports and working with relational data.
• Solid understanding of CRM concepts and sales or service processes.
• Proficiency with data handling — Excel, CSV imports, and basic data validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work comfortably with both non-technical business users and technical resources.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a field service platform (e.g., NetSuite Field Service Management, Salesforce Field Service, or similar).
• Experience with integration/iPaaS tools and APIs/connectors.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript basic scripting/automation.
• Reporting/BI experience (Power BI) as a consumer – not a developer.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodology and Agile delivery (user stories, Jira, process-mapping tools).
• Familiarity with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
• Experience in a media, healthcare, or field-operations environment.
