Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field with at least two years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system conversions, or data migration projects preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, validation, lookups, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while contributing to a team.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Aufgaben

• Assist with vendor master data cleanup and validation for ERP conversion.
• Coordinate with Finance Team and implementation partners to ensure data integrity.
• Perform data audits and reconciliation prior to migration.
• Participate in testing activities including UAT and validation of AP workflows.
• Document AP procedures and create standardized processes within the NetSuite environment.
• Provide post-conversion support and troubleshoot data issues.
• Generate and maintain data tracking reports for the conversion process.
• Ensure vendor records, payment terms, tax classifications, and banking information are accurate within NetSuite.
• Review and enter AP transactions from multiple offices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payment requests in line with policies.
• Maintain vendor files and electronic records.
• Coordinate with staff on POs, emergency payments, petty cash, and inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors on invoice discrepancies and payment status.
• Support Positive Pay and internal control procedures.
